Feet for the Path

God does not promise an easy path. Likely not what you hoped to hear as we start a new year! But if we're honest, many of us pray for an easy path and even feel entitled to one. And yet those prayers aren't always answered. Perhaps a better prayer is not for an easy path, but feet for whatever path lies ahead. That the focus of our prayers would be less about God changing our circumstances, and more about God changing us.
