On one level, all of those who trust in Jesus as Lord and Saviour have the Spirit of God living within. Yet, there are numerous stories of the Holy Spirit coming upon people of faith in new ways - experiencing renewed strength, fresh courage, and a new passion for God and His truth. Humanly speaking, it seems like our spiritual power dissipates over time, or maybe the distractions and challenges of daily life prevent us from seeking God wholeheartedly.
