CHILDREN'S STORY

WonderKids are invited to join in for the beginning of our Sunday service before hearing a Children's Story and then being dismissed for WonderKids.

WORSHIP MUSIC

WonderKids meet in the Gathering Room on the second floor to sing worship songs together.

BIBLE LESSON

WonderKids split into classes to hear a Bible story, learn and do a craft. Talbot Street Church desires for kids to find their place in God's Big Story!

Caring for your children is a responsibility that we take seriously. Here are some of the things that we have in place to ensure the safety of all the kids in our care.

  • All volunteers who are 18+ have recently completed a Vulnerable Persons Police Check through the London Police Service before being a WonderKids Teacher.
  • There is quick access to an Emergency Exit and a Fire Safety Plan in place should the need arise.
  • A Safety Team monitors the building during Sunday worship and a WonderKids Shepherd is stationed in the hallway during WonderKids to assist teachers and act as a hall monitor.
  • Talbot Street Church has a Safe Church Policy to, among other things, ensure the safety of our children. You can read our policy & procedures by clicking below.

SAFE CHURCH POLICY
  • WonderKids Age 3 - Grade 2 classrooms are located on the SECOND FLOOR which can be accessed through the front doors at the front of The Sanctuary. Parents are requested to pick up their kids from their classroom following Sunday worship if they're in this age group.
  • WonderKids Grade 3 - Grade 5 classrooms are located on the THIRD FLOOR which can be accessed through the front doors at the front of The Sanctuary and then taking the stairs immediately to the right. Kids in this age group are released from their classroom following Sunday worship to meet their parents in The Atrium following Sunday worship.
  • WonderKids Age 3 - Grade 2 classrooms are located on the SECOND FLOOR which can be accessed through the front doors at the front of The Sanctuary. Parents are requested to pick up their kids from their classroom following Sunday worship if they're in this age group.
  • WonderKids Grade 3 - Grade 5 classrooms are located on the THIRD FLOOR which can be accessed through the front doors at the front of The Sanctuary and then taking the stairs immediately to the right.
